SOCAL TEAM REGIONALS
The No. 10 seed Hornets split their games at the Southern California Regionals on Tuesday falling to No. 2 Irvine Valley 4-1, but then stunned No. 7 Grossmont College 4-1.
Held at Irvine Valley College, FC held its own with a big win over the Griffins and nearly made it to the CCCAA Team State Tournament.
