FOOTBALL: SCFA PLAYERS OF THE WEEK: DOUBLE DRAGONS AGAIN!
Once again, the dynamic duo of Hornet quarterbacks Kane Wilson and Ladarius Skelton were selected the SCFA Southern Conference "Offensive Players of the Week".
Wilson led the way for the Hornet's victory over Saddleback College throwing 213 yards (19 comp. 25 att.) with 2 touchdown passes and 2 ints. He also ran for 99 yards on 11 rushes with a TD.
Skelton was a force on the ground for the Hornets in a much-needed win against the Gauchos rushing for a game-high 134 yards (only 11 carries) and a touchdown.
The two star quarterbacks were both selected "Offensive Players of the Week" for week 4 as well.
