Over 20 Hornet footballers will be mid-year transfers playing at the four-year level next season with many more signing deals in the coming weeks.

One of the hottest recruits coming out of community college this season is Hornet linebacker Caleb Johnson, who chose to be a Longhorn at the University of Texas. He had his choice of colleges to pick from, that included UCLA, Oregon, Arkansas, and Colorado to name a few.
