FOOTBALL SCFA PLAYER OF THE WEEK: XAVION STEELE
Earlier this week, Hornet football standout Xavion Steele was tabbed the National Division Player of the Week on defense for his efforts against Riverside City College last Saturday.
A 1st team All-Conference player in 2018, Steele is no stranger to the award as he earned it in week 9 last season.
Against the No. 1 team in the state and nation, Xavion (5-10, 185, So., San Jacinto, CA) showed why he is one of the best defensive backs around leading the team with 10 tackles, a sack, and also blasted through the Tiger line with blocked field goal.
