#10 Fullerton remained undefeated on Friday beating district and conference rival Cypress College 2-1 on the road.
The game was at a stand-still in the first half as neither team could get on the board.
At the start of the second half, FC took advantage in the 58th minute on a goal by Matthew Lares with the assist coming from Gerard Abessolo.
In the 68th minute, Fullerton took a 2-0 lead on a solo shot by Jacob Aldana.
Cypress (3-4, 0-2-0) scored their lone goal with little time left in the game (89th minute) on an unassisted shot by Hugo Toledo.
FC goal keeper Julian Ochoa had another solid game allowing 1 goal with 3 saves in 90 minutes of play.
