MEN'S SOCCER: 4-GOAL-WIN IN SEASON OPENER

The FC men's soccer team put up a strong road effort Tuesday night opening the season with a 4-0 win over Glendale College.

The Hornets scored the first goal of the game in the 22nd minute when Juan Medina fed Jacob Aldana the ball and he knocked it in. Steve Perez then followed up with an unassisted goal of his own in the 32nd minute.

Up 2-0 at the start of the second half, Fullerton went on to add to their lead. Nicacio Olvera scored in the 42nd minute (assist by AJ Azid ), and then Danny Abrego-Fulton kicked one into the back of the net in the 84th minute (assist by Saul Garcia).

FC goalie Kevan Rehmani played very well locking down his first shutout of the season. 

Up Next: The Hornets (1-0 overall) will hit continue their road tour this Thursday and Friday against Southwestern College (August 30th at 3:00 pm) and Cuyamaca College (August 31st at 4:00 pm).
