SWIM & DIVE: HORNETS AT MT. SAN ANTONIO INVITE
Both the men and women's FC swim teams participated in their first official meet of the season this past weekend at the Mt. San Antonio College Invitational. Against some stiff competition, the Hornets recorded several personal bests, had great early season times, and competed well.
For the women's team, Kaite Paulson had a finish of 34.99 in the 50 Backstroke, and Jessica Muratella followed with a finished of 39.81. In the 50 breaststroke Summer Sota hit the pad at 35.52. Sota also had a good finish of 27.05 in the 50 Free. In the 50 Fly, Bianca Vera finished with a time of 32.62. For more results click here.
On the men's side, Mathews Brondoni had a strong run in the 50 Back with a time of 34.56. In the 50 Breaststoke, Brandon Kepley had a time of 36.53. Kyle Metcalf wrapped up the 50 Free with a finish of 26.23, and Sebastian Feldman came up at 26.29. For more results click here.
