MEN'S TENNIS: BEATING BAKO

The FC men's tennis team traveled up to Bakersfield Friday afternoon and knocked off the Renegades 7-2.

In doubles, the Hornets swept the competition winning all three matches. Jindrich Kosatik/Sergio Lee-Gutierrez won 8-0, Thiago Belfort-Manzano/Rodrigo Onate won 8-4, and Charles Kirk/Louis St. Clair won 8-3.

In singles-play, Sergio Lee-Gutierrez took his match 6-0, 6-0. Jindrich Kosatik won 6-2, 6-1, and Louis St. Clair clinched it for the Hornets winning 6-2, 6-0. Charles Kirk also took down his opponent 6-0, 6-1.

Up Next: The Hornets (1-1 overall) will play a make-up game (rain-out from Feb. 5) at El Camino College this Tuesday, February 12th at 2:00 pm.
