MEN'S WATER POLO: RIDING HIGH

The Hornets are feeling good after going 5-0 in the season's first week of competition.

In their first game of the season last Thursday, FC beat El Camino College 15-12 at home. Christopher Frias and Wade Shipman both scored 5 goals for Fullerton. Kyle Kough (2), Brandon Kepley (2) and Kyle Degen (1) also scored goals that contributed to the win.

Over the weekend, Fullerton then traveled up to Citrus College where they went undefeated in the Owl's tournament to win it all. On Friday, FC swept through Ventura 11-8 and San Diego Miramar 25-12. The Hornets kept it going on Saturday beating Santa Monica 10-7 and Rio Hondo 14-9. Wade Shipman led FC scoring a total of 18 goals in four games. Kyle Kough scored 9, Brandon Kepley 7, Leon Chen 4, David Pirali 3, Christopher Frias 3, and Brian Moran 3.

Up Next: The Hornets (5-0 overall) will host Saddleback College on Wednesday, September 13th. Game time is at 3:00 pm. Come on out and support the Hornets!
