SOFTBALL: 4 HORNETS MAKE ALL-OEC

Sophomores Eryka Springer, Nia Rodman, Natasha Trujillo, along with freshman Sabrina Anguiano make up the four Hornet Softball players selected to the 2018 All-Orange Empire Conference team.

A back-to-back first team selection, sophomore first baseman Eryka Springer has been outstanding for Fullerton this season batting .382, 26 RBI, 16 runs, 4 home run, and 5 doubles and 1 triple. She recenty broke the school record for RBI in a career with 70, and also owns the record for most RBI in a season with 44.

Second team selectee sophomore pitcher Natasha Trujillo pitched 181.1 innings, earning 81 strikeouts and averaging 3.13 strikeouts per game.

Sophomore utility player Nia Rodman averaged .394 batting, 29 RBI, 19 runs, 1 home run, 8 doubles, and 1 triple.

Selected to the second team, freshman infielder Sabrina Anguiano ended the season batting .392, 14 RBI, 28 runs, 1 home run, and 15 doubles and 4 triple.
