With the announcement of the All-Orange Empire Conference team on Friday, the No. 1 Hornets laid claim to a large share of the awards with Jordan Elias being named MVP while Allyson Fuentes and Macy Brandl were named Co-MVP Pitchers.

It was Sophomore Day for the No. 1 Hornets on Tuesday as the team welcomed Santa Ana back to campus for game two of the OEC series and won it over the Dons 3-1.

The No. 1 in state Fullerton College softball squad made it 15 straight wins on Monday after defeating College of the Canyons twice in a home-double-header 5-2 and 2-1.

The Hornets competed a three-game conference sweep over Santiago Canyon College on Friday beating the Hawks 11-2. Then on Saturday, FC welcomed Antelope Valley to Hornet Field for a non-conference double-header and took both games from the Marauders by the matching scores of 3-1.

It was a big week for the No. 1 in state Hornets as the team faced off with the other undefeated team in the Orange Empire Conference in Orange Coast College. Fullerton managed to sweep the series beating the Pirates 5-1 on Tuesday, 10-4 on Wednesday, and 7-2 today.
