The holiday season has come and gone, but the Fullerton College women's basketball team is still in the giving spirit. On Tuesday, the Hornets took some time out of their busy practice schedule to hand-make sack lunches for the homeless folks in the neighborhood.
"On a cold and rainy day like today, it 's time for us to get out here and take care of our own here in the city of Fullerton. We care about our community and would like to do what we can for some folks who are less fortunate than us. We are lucky as we get to play basketball everyday when some can't even feed their families. We just want to do something that shows that someone out here cares", Hornet Head Coach Marcia Foster.
