WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: THE COLLEEN RILEY ALUMNI GAME

The Hornets (3-2 overall) hosted the FC Alumni team made up of former Hornet players from various seasons in the Colleen Riley Link To Legacy game.

FC won the game 70-61 against former players coached by FC Hall of Fame Coach Debi Woelke. Players from the past included Amanda Frost (2010-11), Kelli Calton( 2014-15), Eshell Estrella (2007-08), Chanel Benson (2010-11), Kelly Thompson (2008-09), Tai Huskey (2009-10), Loren Gurrola (2010-11), Becky Hogue (2004-05), and Carlisha Phillips (2010-11).

There were also many former players in the stands from various decades from Colleen Riley's years as the head coach to Debi Woelke's. It was a great night where memories were shared and made.

Scoring leaders for the modern day Hornets were Aliyah-Deen Ahamad (23), Tristan Johns (11), Jaelyn Alderete, Moriah Serrano (11), and Lyneya Turner (6). 

The FC Alumni scoring leaders were Amanda Frost (15), Loren Gurrola (10), Becky Hogue (6), Eshell Estrella (4), Chanel Benson (4), and Tai Huskey (4).

Up Next: Fullerton (3-2 overall) will play in the L.A. Valley College Tournament this weekend (Dec. 7-9). They will open up against San Francisco on Friday at 1:00 pm.
