WOMEN'S SOCCER: HORNETS STUMBLE

The FC women's soccer team lost a close one 3-2 on Tuesday at home against LA Harbor.

The Hornets went up early scoring the first goal at 1:15 on a kick by Angela Faulis with the assist coming from Cindy Marin.

Fullerton scored again at the 30:00 mark on a goal by Natalie Vasco.

Up 2-0 in the first half, FC let LA Harbor creep back into the game scoring two late goals to tie it up.

Midway through the second half, the Seahawks scored their third goal on the day. Giving a valiant effort, the Hornets were unable to match and dropped their second game of the season. 

Goal Keeper Mallory Van Voorhis had 4 saves and allowed two goals in the first half. Klarissa Flores played in the second half and allowed 1 goal with no saves.

Up Next: FC (2-2) will try and put another check mark in the win column this Friday at home against El Camino College. Game time is at 1:00 pm on Sherbeck Field.
