WOMEN'S SOCCER: RIDING 3RD

The Lady Hornets won another Orange Empire Conference game at home on Friday knocking off Irvine Valley College 1-0.

Fullerton is all alone in third place in the OEC standings with a record of 6-1-3. The Laser loss now gives them a record of 2-4-4 (7th place out of nine teams). Santiago Canyon College (9-1-1) sits in first place and Cypress College (7-1-3) is in second.

The game's only goal came late in the game (80th minute) when Sindy Villa kicked the solo shot into the corner of the net. 

Hornet goal keeper Savannah Dyer locked down her sixth shutout of the year and had 6 saves for the day.  

Up Next: Fullerton (9-2-3 overall, 6-1-3 OEC) will play at Norco College this Tuesday, October 24^th at 3:00 pm.
