W. SWIM & DIVE: STATE MEET DELIVERS AN ALL-AMERICAN
The only swimmer to represent Fullerton College at the 2014 State Championships, Abigail Kuan, placed 12th in the 50 Yard Breaststroke and 17th in the 100 Yard Breaststroke hosted at East Los Angeles College this past weekend.
In the 50 Yard Breaststroke (12 out of 16) Kuan finished with a time of 31.92. In the 100 Yard Breaststroke (17 out of 18) she finished at 1:10.17.
A true freshman, Kuan also made 1st Team All-American in the 50 Breaststroke.
Other colleges from the Orange Empire Conference made their mark with Golden West winning the Men's Division with Orange Coast as the runner-up in the Women's Division.
