WOMEN'S TENNIS: STRONG CONFERENCE WIN

The FC women's tennis team hosted Saddleback College on Tuesday giving the Gauchos a 6-3 loss.

It was the second straight Orange Empire Conference win for the Hornets and their seventh straight overall.

Doubles had one team earn a win in Schreiner-Vanhoutte/Ashley Castro, who won 8-5.

In singles, Yu Seung Suh swept her opponent 6-0, 6-0. Alexus Lombera (6-4, 6-4) and Allie Van (6-2, 6-2) both took their matches.

The match was clinched by the play of Savanna Schreiner-Vanhoutte. Down 3-0 at the start, Schreiner-Vanhoutte managed to fight her way back with a 6-4, 6-1, 6-4 victory.

Up Next: Fullerton (7-0 overall, 2-0 OEC) travels to Irvine Valley college this Thursday, February 28th. Match time is at 2:00 pm.
