WOMEN'S X-COUNTRY: SAN DIEGO INVITE

The women's team placed 3rd out of 11 teams with 83 pts at the San Diego Inivte this past weekend. The FC men placed 8th out of 9 teams with 211 points.

Up Next: The Brubaker Invitational on October 11th at 9:30 am.

Hornet sophomore Daisy Esparza was the team's number one runner this week and the 10th place runner out of 87 competitors.

For the Hornet men, Brandon Velasco was 33rd out if 100 runners.

"It was a good race for both teams, and I really like the direction we are heading", Coach Gina Bevec.
