WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY: CENTRAL PARK CLASSIC

In their third competition of the year, the Hornets ran hard at the Golden West Central Park Classic.  

The course was at Central Park in Huntington Beach consisting of grass, dirt, hills, and bike paths. 

Raquel Aldama and Briseyda Lopez Martinez ran close between each other with a 44 second gap at the finish line. Aldama finished in 28th and Lopez was 40th place out of 107 runners. Ashley Lord finished 30 spots behind Lopez and Kim Estrada Rodriguez was right behind her.

"These ladies are finding their rhythm and putting together that team performance. I like how they are all working hard as a team", Hornet Head Coach Gina Bevec.
