MEN'S VOLLEYBALL: FOUR STRAIGHT!

The Hornets kept their winning ways going at home Wednesday knocking off San Diego Mesa College 3-0.

Fullerton has managed to stay hot the last two weeks ripping off four consecutive victories with three of them in convincing fashion.

The first game was a close one, but Hornets took it from the Olympians 25-21. In game two, FC earned a 25-18 win, and by game three the Hornets overpowered their opponent 25-12.

Garrett Geiger was the kills leader for FC with 11. He also had 3 aces and 3 digs. Asontae Lewis-Owens followed with 9 kills with 4 digs, and Nick Owens chipped in with 6 digs. Anthony Popoca led the team with 8 digs, and James Valeanu deilvered 24 assists.

Up Next: The Hornets (4-5 overall) will head south to Palomar College this Friday, March 1st. Match time is at 6:00 pm.
