MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY: SOLID FINISH IN SAN DIEGO
The men traveled down to Mission Bay Park in San Diego on September 13, 2019 for the Southern California Regional Preview race.
A scenic course consisting of grass and small rolling hills, the FC men's team finished 15th out of 28 teams with 205 runners and almost got in the top half the teams missing out by two points from 14th place.
Up front sophomores Ian Rusk and Mauro Rosales running in a big field of runners were able to stay connected with each other and finished within 18 seconds of each other. Antonio Camacho kept his same distance from Mauro with last week's gapping. William Gerard and Sean Wing were 22 seconds apart from each other and working on bridging the gap to Antonio.
