Hornet players Desiree Lopez and Brigid Ruiz were chosen to the 2015 NFCA Academic Junior College All-America Scholar Team.
SOFTBALL: MORE HORNETS OFF TO FOUR-COLLEGES

Three more Hornet softballers will play at four-year colleges next season. Pitcher Nicole Pratt and 2B Andrea Enriquez both signed with Cumberland University, while 3B Alexandria Ocampo signed with Marymount University.

Playing in three games and winning them all this past week, Fullerton wrapped it all up with a 5-3 home-win on Thursday against Orange Empire Conference rival Saddleback College.

FC catcher Anissa Loera blasted a two-run home run in the top of the fourth and starting RHP Brigid Ruiz made it stand up in a much-needed Orange Empire Conference 2-1 road win on Wednesday.

The FC softball squad hosted Orange Coast College on Friday beating the Pirates 4-1 for a much-needed conference win.

The #8 in SoCal FC softball team took a trip down the 91 Freeway on Wednesday to their district rival #2 Cypress College and knocked off the Chargers 3-2 to open Orange Empire Conference play.
