WOMEN’S GOLF: HORNET'S JEON OEC CHAMPION
The Hornets hosted the second round of the Orange Empire Conference Championships at Los Serranos on Wednesday, and FC's own Eunsoo Jeon won the individuals title.
Saddleback College took the team title with a score of 688, Fullerton placed second at 736, and Mt. San Antonio placed third at 745.
For individual-play, Fullerton's Eunsoo Jeon finished as the conference champion with a two-round score of 150 (78, 72). Irvine Valley's Katie Stribling took second (76, 84), Saddleback's Brittney Do finished in third (78, 78), and Mt. San Antonio's Mackenzie Kelly placed fourth (87, 81).
Rounding out the rest: 5th - Sunhae Son, SADD (89, 88), 6th - Natalie Widjaja, FULL (93, 82), 7th – Tannaz Khazeni, SADD (88, 100), 8th – Cristina Liu, MSAC (83, 88), 9th – Anna Stowers, SADD (89, 89).
