WOMEN'S X-COUNTRY: GOLDEN WEST INVITATIONAL
The FC women's team placed 5th out if 17 teams at the Golden West Invitational. Maegan Garritson (14th overall) and Daisy Esparza ran 19:25 and 19:34 respectively.
Taylor Morico (20:11), Elena Estrada (29:21), and Krystal Martinez (20:55) were the three, four, five punch to complete the 1 to 5 gap in 90 seconds.
"We ran well because of our grouping", said Had Coach Gina Bevec.
Of the four FC men that competed, Patrick Tarango finished as the Hornet's number one man with a season best 22:30.
