ORTIZ TO FRESNO PACIFIC U

Sophomore standout Miguel Ortiz made his decision last week to join the Fresno Pacific University Sunbirds. 

Out of Buchanan High in Clovis, California, Ortiz was second on the Hornet squad in RBI with 30 in 39 games this past season. Batting .261, the left fielder had 37 hits, 7 doubles, 2 triples, and 2 home runs.
