ALL-AMERICAN HORNETS

Fullerton College sophomores Misael Gonzalez and Angel Sevillano were named to the Division III All-West All-American team by the United Soccer Coaches.

The back-to-back Orange Empire Conference MVP, Misael Gonzalez led the Hornets to two conference titles, while breaking the FC team record for the most career goals with 40. This past season, Misael was second in the state with 27 total goals in 21 games. He was also the co-team leader in assists with 7. A Fullerton Union High grad, Gonzalez earned a full-ride scholarship to UC Irvine.

Known as one of the best JC defenders, Angel Sevillano played a huge role in the Hornet's success the last two seasons (33 wins, 8 losses). The athletic defender also scored 3 goals this past season.
