W. GOLF: WINDY DAY WITH PROGRESS
It was a challenging Monday as Fullerton battled the windy conditions, however the Hornets competed well at Singing Hills.
FC's Chelsey Gutierrez shot an 81 placing third overall with Saddleback's Sabrina Ladd at OEC Event No. 4 hosted by Cuyamaca College. Mariana Gandia-Mak of Saddleback had the best individual score of the day shooting a 79. College of the Desert's Lehapi Veikune Taungahihifo took second overall with an 80 finish.
As a team, Fullerton made some progress this round placing 6th overall.
Fullerton's Alyssa Vasquez shot 97, Sydney Gimpl 109, and Natalie Barker finished it out with a 142.
