STATE QUALIFIERS!

The FC women's golf team did very well at the SoCal Regional Championships held at the Simi Hills Golf Course making to the State Championships.

FC's Cathilyn Lee was the star of the SoCal Regionals taking home the tournament crown shooting 70 on day one and 69 on the second day for a low of 139. Although Lee was sitting tied second at place by the end of the day Sunday, she remained cool and consistent on Monday out-shooting Maci Mills of Bakersfield (68, 75) and Orange Empire Conference champion Kiana Glossner of Cuyamaca (70, 72).

The Hornets have been working hard leading up to this last tournament of the season with the team trying to win a state title since 1970. Individually, Cathilyn Lee is the reigning champion looking for a shot at back-to-back titles.

Sophia Miller took 6th overall shooting 150 overall (75, 70), while Rhea Sigur showed well shooting 92 and 91.
