The Hornets hosted OEC rival Orange Coast College on Friday and managed a 3-2 victory over the Pirates.
FC was down 1-0 at the half, but really came alive in the second when they scored all three goals beating the Pirates.
Jacob Aldana got the Hornets on the board in the 51st minute with the assist coming from Rene Santillan. In the 72nd minute, Fullerton scored their second goal on a deflected shot by Melchor Gomez.
The game-clinching goal came in the 86th minute on a shot by Santillan that broke up the 2-2 tie. Aldana was huge with the assist.
FC goalie Julian Ochoa had 8 saves and 2 goals against in 90 minutes.
Up Next: Fullerton (7-1-1 overall, 3-1 OEC) will hit the road against a strong Santa Ana College team this Tuesday, September 27th. Game time is at 3:00 pm.
