The FC men's volleyball team hosted LA Pierce College Wednesday night and fell in a tight one 3-2.
Both teams came out looking to set the tone in the first game with Pierce coming out on top 25-23.
Fullerton avenged the game one loss by flipping the score 25-23 in game two to even things out.
Errors and missed opportunities spelled doom for FC in game three as Pierce took advantage with a 25-17 win.
FC stepped up again to tie the match up with a 25-21 win in game four.
Locked up at a 10-10 tie, the Brahmas managed to take game five 15-12 despite an error-less effort by Fullerton.
FC's Manny Andrade had a good night with 21 kills, 9 digs, and 2 block assists. Javier Zavala had 10 kills with 6 digs, and Alex Serrano had 8 kills with 4 digs. Dale Irvin had 41 assists, 6 kills, and 3 digs.
