The Hornets, once again, traveled south to the San Diego area to take on Miramar College last Friday and handled the Jets 3-1.
FC opened up the first game with a 11-2 run, eventually winning the game 25-16.
In the second game, the Jets came to play topping the Hornets 26-24.
In games three and four, Fullerton maintained their dominance taking both game 25-18.
Leading the way for the Hornets was Kyle Young who hammered down 12 kills, along with 2 solo blocks and 2 block assists. Dale Irvin, Jordan Von Borstel, Manny Andrade, and Josh Bowles all had 5 kills each. Irvin also had 35 assists. Zach Huizar kicked up 5 digs and Greg Gilmore had 4.
Up Next: The Hornets will play another San Diego team in Mesa College, this time at home, this Wednesday, March 1st at 6:00 pm.
