BASEBALL: 5 HORNETS IN THE 2016 MLB DRAFT!
Five Hornets were picked up recently in the 2016 Major League Baseball Draft with three of them playing on the team this past season.
Hornets picked in the Draft:
Shane Carrier - 2015-16 with FC - 8th Round to the Minnesota Twins
Anthony Parente - 2016 with FC - 36th Round to Tampa Bay Rays
Austin O'Banion - 2015-16 Hornets, 37th Round to Texas Rangers
Dylan Prohoroff - 2014-15 with FC - 8th Round to Pittsburgh Pirates out of CSUF
Jose Rojas - 2013-14 with FC - 36th Round to Los Angeles Angels out of Vanguard (Player of the Year / All-American)
