After a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19, the Fullerton College Athletics Department welcomed student-athletes, parents, faculty, and administration back into the Hornets Nest on Tuesday afternoon for the 23rd Academic Athletic Awards honoring excellence in academics and athletic achievement.
The FC men's track and field team had an early season opener at Bakersfield College's Battle of the Regions last Friday.

The North Gym was filled with student-athletes, parents, faculty, and administration on Wednesday afternoon for the 22nd Academic Athletic Awards honoring excellence in academics and athletic achievement.
The Hornet men had some good all-around performances at Santa Ana College Friday scoring 66 team points to take 3rd in the Orange Empire Conference Championships.
Mauro Rosales won the Orange Empire Conference title in the 3000m Steeple Chase, and Ian Rusk took 2nd in the 10,000m.
