The Hornet tennis program had a big weekend at the 3C2A State Finals in Ojai with Sebastian Koster making it all the way to the Quarterfinals and Josie Miranda earning the Most Improved Sophomore award.
Hornet players from both the men and women's tennis teams will continue their season after making the grade to play in the upcoming Ojai State Tournament.
Fullerton played a non-conference match at Grossmont College on Thursday and grounded the Griffins 7-2.
In an Orange Empire Conference match, the Hornets got back on track at home Wednesday morning with a 7-2 win over Saddleback College.
The Hornets took a trip down to Southwestern College on Friday afternoon for a non-conference match and after a long day came back victorious 8-1.
The FC women's tennis team traveled down to Saddleback College on Thursday and knocked off the Bobcats 6-3.
