FULLERTON DOWNS SADDLEBACK

In an Orange Empire Conference match, the FC women's tennis team traveled down to Saddleback College on Thursday and knocked off the Bobcats 6-3.

In doubles, the Hornets took one match out of three with Destiny Lopez and Giana Morales winning 8-5.

Fullerton made its mark in singles as the team won five out of six matches played. Wins were had by Josie Miranda (4-6, 6-4, 6-7-3), Justine Koo (clinched 6-2, 6-4), Alyssa Lopez (6-4, 6-0), Devyn Zuniga (6-0, 6-0), and Kayla Herbert (6-4, 6-1). 

Up Next: FC (4-1 overall, 1-1 OEC) will play at San Diego City College for a non-conference match on Friday, February 21st at 2:00 pm.
