BASEBALL: HORNET SLUGGER HEADS TO FLORIDA ATLANTIC
Sophomore David Miranda accepts a scholarship to Florida Atlantic!
A 1st team All-Conference designated hitter this past season, Miranda batted .293 with 5 home runs, 44 RBI, and 29 runs. David was also voted to the 2016 All-State and All-American teams.
Miranda will finish up a few summer classes at Fullerton College the next few weeks and will be attending classes at Florida Atlantic this coming fall.
"The Owl coaching staff is getting a good one. David is a great kid who sees the ball very well at the plate. He'll not only contribute on the field, but his character and work ethic will bring him success in life", Hornet Head Coach Nick Fuscardo.
