AN ALL-AMERICAN KICKER

AN ALL-AMERICAN KICKER: FC Place Kicker Jesse Aguilar was a 1st Team selection to the All-American Team this past week. Aguilar, along with two other Hornets were also All-State selections.

Aguilar (6-0/170/Anaheim HS) scored a total of 91 points making 52 out of 52 PAT attempts and hitting 13 our of 15 field goal attempts during the 2012 season.  Aguilar's longest field goal made was from 53 yards.  FC's longest field goal was from 55 yards by Eric Lange against Bakersfield College in 1989.

Offensive Guard Bubba Baldwin (6-3/320/Jordan HS, UT) and Defensive Tackle Melvin Lewis (6-3/320/Compton HS) were 1st Team All-State Selections.

Baldwin started all 11 games for the Hornets.

Lewis had 15 solo tackles with 26 assisted, and 3.5 sacks.
