FOOTBALL: ONCE A HORNET TWICE A LUMBERJACK

Defensive Back Darius Lewis signed with Northern Arizona University today!

Lewis came to Fullerton from Germantown, Maryland where he went to Seneca High School. He will now travel to NAU to play football two seasons with the Lumberjacks.

Darius played one season for the Hornets where he helped the team to the state championship game with 57 tackles (34 solo/23 assisted), 1 forced fumble, 1 fumble recovery, and 1 interception.

"I'm looking forward to playing in the Big Sky Conference, and I'm very excited to be playing for the Lumberjacks", said Darius.

Stay tuned as more Hornets are slated to sign with four-year colleges.
