FOOTBALL: BIG CAL TO BIG 10 & MCKINNON TO MAC

Offensive lineman Cal Ibanez signed with Rutgers and this week and defensive lineman Andre McKinnon committed to Northern Illinois.

Ibanez, a 6-5 320 pound sophomore from Miami, FL, was an integral part of a dominate offensive line that produced a record breaking offense that racked up 6,201 total yards. 

McKinnon, a 6-2 260 pound sophomore from Columbia, MO, had a total of 38 tackles (26 assisted), with 4 tackles for loss, 1 sack, and 2 breakups. 

"I am thrilled that Cal will be playing with Rutgers in the Big 10 Conference and that Andre will be able to display his skills in the MAC. I am sure they will both make a positive impact on their respective teams", Head Coach Tim Byrnes.
