MEN'S BASKETBALL: CCCMBCA PRESEASON RANKINGS
The 2019-20 Men's Basketball Preseason Rankings came out this week with Fullerton claiming the No. 5 spot.
According to the California Community Colleges Men's Basketball Coaches Association (CCCMBCA), the No. 1 ranking goes to last season's state runner-up San Francisco City College with the No. 2 spot going to San Diego City College.
Last season's state champions, Fullerton comes into this season ranked 5th in the 30-team state poll behind, San Francisco, San Diego City, Las Positas, and East Los Angeles.
The rankings approach for this season is different than in years past with the inclusion of the preseason competitions, jamborees, and scrimmages, which give the CCCMBCA a better picture of what the season may have in store.
Fullerton's first game of the season will take place at home on Friday, November 1st against Vanguard at 5:00 pm.
