MEN'S SOCCER: ALL-OEC TEAM & A PLAYOFF BIRTH!

Things are good for the FC men's soccer team with four players making the All-Orange Empire Conference team, and the #11 Hornets will play in the 2016 Southern California Regionals against #6 Santa Ana College this coming Saturday.

Making first team All-OEC were Eduin Munguia and Armando Torres. Munguia was third in the conference with 14 goals on the season. He also had 3 assists. Torres is an excellent physical defender whom the Hornets heavily relied on during the regular season.

Kory Edwards and Alejandro Ramirez were 2nd team All-OEC selections.

Eduin Munguia also earned 1st Team All-Region and All-State honors for his efforts on the field.

Up Next: #11 Fullerton (10-6-5 overall) will play at #6 Santa Ana College (13-2-6) in the first round of the SoCal Regionals this Saturday, November 19th. Game time is at 2:00 pm. The Hornets and Dons played twice during the regular season with FC beating Santa Ana on the road 3-2 in the first game. In the second match at Fullerton, the game ended in a 2-2 tie.
