SOFTBALL: ALL-STATE ACADEMIC AWARD WINNERS!

The Hornet softball team had four student-athletes achieve the All-State Academic Award!

In a time when many are struggling with school during a pandemic, Hunter Williams, Sarah Rengifo, Natalie Gonzalez and Clarissa Hernandez have each stepped up and proved that success can be had with hard work. Each one of them maintained a 3.5 GPA throughout the year while studying and training remotely.

"We cannot contain our excitement and pride for these young ladies. Their love and dedication to their studies and to the sport of softball is impressive. Hard work and dedication truly pays off", Head Coach Marian "Speedy" Mendoza.

The Hornet softball team got some more great news recently as they received the green light to get back on the field this April. Keep an eye out for the schedule as it will be coming out soon!
