Bio
Coach Oliva is entering his first year as an assistant coach at Fullerton College. He is also the varsity head coach for the El Modena Girls’ Basketball team, where he is in his third season, having begun in the 2022-2023 season.
Before taking on the role of Girls Varsity Head Coach, Coach Oliva was instrumental in the El Modena Boys’ Basketball program, serving as a Varsity Assistant and Head Coach for both the junior varsity and freshman teams. Prior to that, he spent three years at Orange High School as the boys’ freshman head coach and varsity assistant coach.
A proud graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Coach Oliva has been involved in youth sports for over 30 years, taking on various roles that have enriched his coaching experience and fueled his passion for the game.
