WOMEN'S TENNIS: OUT-RUNNING ROADRUNNERS

The Hornets took care of business on Thursday winning on the road against Rio Hondo College 6-3.

In doubles play, FC swept thought the competition winning all three of their matches. Wins were had by Delaney Ashe and Bree Lovering (8-6), Kelsi Salazar-Sarti and Kim La (8-5), and Lael Cardinal and Mayumi Okubo (8-6).

#1 in singles Salazar-Sarti won her match 6-3, 6-0, and Kim La won 6-4, 7-5. The game clincher came from #5 Lael Cardinal, who won her match in a big way 6-2, 6-1.

Up Next: The Hornets (2-1 overall) will play at Glendale College on Friday, February 9th at 2:00 pm. On Tuesday, February 13th FC will host Mount San Antonio College at 2:00 pm.
