It was a busy year filled with many individual accomplishments and team successes as the Fullerton College Athletics Department welcomed student-athletes, parents, faculty, and administration into the Hornets Nest on Thursday afternoon for the 24th Academic Athletic Awards honoring excellence in academics and athletic achievement.

Faith Webb and Chloe Johnson will be attending classes and playing volleyball at Westcliff University this coming fall after signing with the Warriors last week.

After a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19, the Fullerton College Athletics Department welcomed student-athletes, parents, faculty, and administration back into the Hornets Nest on Tuesday afternoon for the 23rd Academic Athletic Awards honoring excellence in academics and athletic achievement.

The No. 10 seed Hornets split their games at the Southern California Regionals on Tuesday falling to No. 2 Irvine Valley 4-1 but then stunned No. 7 Grossmont College 4-1.

The FC beach volleyball team took on Orange Coast in Huntington Beach Friday. Despite a 5-0 loss, to the top-team in the OEC, the Hornets celebrated their sophomores for their hard work and dedication the past couple of years.

On Saturday, Fullerton traveled to Manhattan Beach and beat Marymount 4-1, while losing to Cal State Los Angeles 4-1.
