Coach Valbuena brings passion, dedication, change, energy and motivation to the football organization and players. His process includes commitment and vesting into player development, culture building, academic success, recruiting, and helps players to succeed on the field and in life.

As an entrepreneur, Coach Valbuena's business football acumen has impacted the organization and players skillset and performance to perform at the next level of football, NFL, arena, Japan, Mexico, Div. I,II, III .

Coach Valbuena has been on the Cal State University San Bernardino Alumni Board of Directors since 2021, and is a philanthropist, realtor, financial investor, who Coach Valbuena has raised a total of $350,000 for many organizations through NIL. He is the cofounder of Real Deal Sports.

Valbuena is currently an adjunct professor, who has helped the Hornets to back-to-back national and state titles (2016 and 2017), 5 conference championships, 3 SCFA titles, 6 bowl games, and was tabbed as the "Running Backs Coach of the Year" in 2017. He has also spent time with the LA Chargers as a NFL Play 60 Coach (2020-2022), while also having coaching stints at Cerritos, Orange Coast, Golden West, and Citrus Colleges.
