In an Orange Empire Conference matchup, the No. 8 FC men's soccer team blanked No. 6 Santa Ana College 2-0 on the road Tuesday.
The win lifts the Hornets to first place in conference (3-0) and gives the Dons their first loss of the season.
Fullerton scored their first goal in the 27th minute on an unassisted shot by AJ Yazid.
The Hornets answered the call again not too long after in the 36th minute when Cesar Ortega passed the ball over to Steve Perez who knocked the ball into the back of the net.
FC goalie Kevan Rehmani was once again stellar in the box locking down his 4th shutout game with 3 saves.
Up Next: The Hornets (7-1 overall, 3-0 OEC) will host Cypress College this Friday, September 21st at 3:00 pm.
