The Hornets completed the two-match season sweep over LA Pierce College on Friday night defeating the Brahmas 3-1 on the road.
Fullerton's victory keeps the team in the race for a potential playoff spot in April beating LA Pierce twice this season. Back on February 26th, the Hornets won the home match against the Brahmas 3-2.
Shon Schugk played a big role in the victory with a game-high 14 kills, 6 digs, and 2 blocks. Curtis Lee helped with 7 kills and 5 digs, while Samuel Chavez came up with 6 kills, 4 digs, and 2 blocks. Noah Spelman had 5 kills along with 6 digs. Evan Shank was huge with 28 assists and 12 digs. Keegan Martyn led the Hornets in digs with 15.
