SEASON WRAPS UP AT THE STATE FINALS

SEASON WRAPS UP AT THE STATE FINALS: Finishing their season at the state championships at Woodward Park in Fresno, CA, the FC women's team placed 12th overall out of 28 while the men's team placed 23rd.

The Lady Hornets pulled out their best 1 to 5 gap time of the season with one minute and 19 seconds. "This was the women's best race of the season having five ladies run within 46 seconds of each other," said Coach Bevec.

The men had their best competition of the season and their 1 to 5 gap was the best of the season, as well, with one minute and 19 seconds. We needed one more man to run in the 21's for a tighter race score. Nonetheless, our men stepped up under raining skies. "We ran our best and I am proud of the teams and their success they had this season."
