The Lady Hornets hosted Orange Coast College Friday night taking it to Orange Coast College 70-35.
Fullerton (12-5 overall, 1-1 conference) jumped on the Pirates early taking a 22-6 lead with 9:52 left in the first half. By halftime FC led 38-11.
In the second half, FC , maintained their healthy lead going up 45-15 at the 16:37 mark.
As a team, the Hornets were solid under the basket out-rebounding OCC 51-34.
Tonight's game was the second lowest point total allowed on the Hornets this season. The lowest was 26 points against San Diego Mesa on December 27th.
Noelle Cobb had a game high 17 points for Fullerton along with 6 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals. Kelli Calton came up big scoring 14 points and 8 rebounds. Emilee Dy scored 12 points, with 5 assists, and 3 steals.
